Our Story
Built on engineering heritage, growing with the power industry.
Toimisetti got its start in 1996 as Toimisetti Technology, and was formally incorporated as Toimisetti Corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 21, 2003 (SEC Reg. No. CS200304597) — operating today under the brand Higher Ground Engineering.
We’re the Philippine project development partner of Daihatsu Diesel Mfg. Co. Ltd. of Japan — a manufacturer that has held more than 25% of the world’s marine auxiliary diesel engine market — and an accredited agent, installer, and after-sales provider for Anglo Belgian Corporation (ABC), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engine System Asia, and ASMC gen-sets.
As the energy landscape evolved, so did we — expanding into HVAC/air-conditioning, solar photovoltaic system installation, and power cable works, so our clients can turn to one partner for generation, climate control, renewable capacity, and the infrastructure that connects it all.
